01Who you are contracting with
Shopision LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. "We", "us" and "Shopision" mean that company. "You" means the person or business buying the work.
Using this site, buying a job or starting a subscription means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not buy.
02What we sell
Two things, and they are priced differently on purpose.
- A fixed-price job: one defined piece of Shopify work, paid once, with the scope written on that job's own page before you pay.
- Studio: a monthly subscription that keeps one or two tasks active at a time in a queue, billed monthly until you cancel.
Anything outside those — a full build, a migration, a custom app — is quoted in writing before any money moves. A quote is not binding on either side until you accept it.
03Scope, and what counts as one task
A Studio task is about three to four hours of senior work: a theme section, an app install, a landing page, a speed pass on one area. If a request is larger than that we say so before starting, and either split it into queued tasks or quote it separately.
A revision occupies your active task slot. That is deliberate: it keeps the queue honest for everyone on it rather than letting one request run indefinitely.
04Turnaround
We target about two business days per task, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. That is a target and not a guarantee — an unclear brief, a delay in access, or a third-party outage moves it, and we tell you when it does.
We cap the number of Studio clients so the target stays realistic.
05Access to your store
We ask for a Shopify collaborator account carrying only the permissions the job needs. We never ask for your account password, and you should never send one.
Work happens on a duplicate of your theme. You get a preview link, and nothing is published to your live store without your approval. The original theme is kept for 30 days after delivery so a change can be undone.
You are responsible for having the right to grant that access, and for your own backups.
06Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are.
A fixed-price job is paid before work starts. Studio is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or pause at any time from the client area or by emailing us; cancelling stops the next renewal and does not refund the month in progress.
07The guarantee and refunds
If the first delivery on a new engagement misses, you can ask for a refund within seven days of that delivery and we give it. We would rather refund a bad fit than argue with one.
Beyond that window, a job delivered to its written scope is not refundable, because the work is already done. If we cannot deliver a job to its scope, we refund it whether or not you ask.
The refund policy page sets this out in full.
08Your content and ours
You keep ownership of your store, your brand, your copy and your data. On full payment, the work we produce specifically for you is yours.
We keep ownership of our own tooling, snippets, checklists and templates, including where a job used them. You get a licence to use them inside your store; you do not get the right to resell them as a product.
We may describe the kind of work we did in general terms. We do not publish your name, your figures or your screenshots without asking first.
09What we do not do
We do not guarantee sales, conversion rates, traffic or search rankings. Anyone who does is guessing, and the honest reason is that those depend on your product, price, market and competitors as much as on your site.
Where a page shows a before-and-after, it is labelled as illustrative unless it names a source.
10Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the work is limited to the amount you paid us for the job or subscription month that the claim relates to. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your store and its data.
11Ending the agreement
You can cancel Studio at any time, effective at the end of the paid month. We can end an engagement if payment fails, if the work requested falls outside what we do, or if conduct towards our team is abusive — and we will say which.
On termination you keep everything already delivered and paid for.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. A material change to a subscription is notified by email before it takes effect, and continuing after that is acceptance.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim locally.
