01Who is responsible

Shopision LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA, is the controller of the personal data described here. Email support@shopision.com for anything on this page.

02What we collect

Only what the work needs.

• What you send us: your name, email address, store URL and whatever you write in a brief or a message.
• Account data if you use the client area: your login email and the history of your briefs and deliveries.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We receive a record that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits and card brand. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Store access: a Shopify collaborator account you grant, with only the permissions the job needs. Never your password.
• Server logs: IP address, browser and pages requested, kept for security and debugging.

03What we do not collect

No page on this site loads an analytics service, a tag manager, an advertising pixel or a session recorder. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no cross-site tracking here.

We do not buy personal data, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

04Why we hold it

• To do the work you asked for and to talk to you about it.
• To take payment and keep the records tax law requires.
• To keep the service secure and working.
• To send service messages about your account. Marketing email only if you asked for it, and every one carries an unsubscribe link that works.

05Cookies

The public site uses no tracking cookies. If you sign in to the client area, a cookie keeps you signed in — that one is necessary for the service to function and cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in.

Because we run no advertising or analytics cookies, there is nothing here for a consent banner to ask you about, which is why you do not see one.

06Who else sees it

A short list, and each has access only to what its job needs:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Our email and hosting providers — to deliver messages and run the site.
• Shopify — where you grant collaborator access to your own store.

We do not send your data to anyone else unless the law requires it, and we would tell you unless legally barred from doing so.

07Where it is held

We are based in USA and our providers may process data there and elsewhere. Where personal data moves out of the UK or the European Economic Area, it is done under the safeguards that law provides, such as standard contractual clauses.

08How long we keep it

Briefs, deliveries and correspondence for as long as you are a client and for two years after, so we can answer a question about past work. Billing records for as long as tax law requires, which is longer. Server logs for a short period, measured in weeks.

Ask us to delete your data sooner and we will, except for records we are legally required to keep.

09Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. If you are in the UK or the EEA you also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, and to complain to your data protection authority. If you are in California you can ask what we collect and ask us to delete it, and we do not sell personal information.

Email support@shopision.com. We answer within one business day and complete the request within 30 days. We will not charge you for it and we will not treat you differently for asking.

10Security

Access to client data is limited to the people doing the work. Store access is requested with the narrowest permissions that will do the job and should be revoked the moment a job is delivered — ask us and we will confirm when we are done.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we tell you and the relevant authority within the time the law sets.

11Children

This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

12Changes

The date at the top says when this last changed. A material change is notified by email to clients before it takes effect.
